We recently had you guys as our moving company and I wanted to let you know a few things that I feel need to be heard. First of all, you guys showed up 45 mins late to our move appointment without a call or anything telling us that you guys were running behind (Clearly have no courtesy). Secondly, you had only 2 guys show up for the first hour and half and then a couple others showed up and according to what I heard from my fiancée they took their sweet time. Third, my fiancée took time off of work to be there for you guys at noon and was scheduled to be back at work at 3pm but with you guys showing up late and had barely any movers, he had to call in late for another hour for work so they could finish. Fourth, they left behind a strap that held our futon and also our keurig no longer works since your guys moved it. Fifth, we ended up paying more than our quote even though we moved the bed, bikes, some totes, a fan, and some boxes on our own but had supposedly 20-30 more boxes than I first figured but with taking off what we moved ourselves I thought we would be discounted some if not made even with those extra boxes for the stuff we already moved ourselves due to our closing date postponed and you guys unable to schedule us until Sept 21st. I feel that your calling yourselves a 5 star company when clearly you guys have 3 star IF that service.

I hired 5 Star Moving to move my mother into assisted living. I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience.The office personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. The 2 movers they sent were very professional and patient the entire time as we decided which items to take.I would highly recommend their services.
