I have been doing business with Aarons for almost 5 years purchasing many large items.In all this time have never been late with a payment or failed to pay off item on time. The last year Aarons has screwed me over many times last night being the most recent and the last. On march first my husband and I were moving to another apartment and needed livingroom furniture..a month before I had found a set I liked on their websit.I called them and they happily said that it would be ordered and ready for delivery to our new place on the 1st of March. March 1st we find out that they sold the set reserved for us to someone else.. 4 days ago we got that VIP invite thing with the offer of the first month free. My husband and I were already talking about getting a entertainment center. My husband went in and they had the one we wanted on the floor. So the manager said he would hold it for us until today at 5 (for the special offer). went in and it had been sold to someone else.

We rent a tv from them on the NYE since our current one is broken, we paid for a month and we were told that it'd be delivered to our house between 5pm-7pm that evening, however, the TV never got to our house. We understood it's probably because of the bad weather we were having which should be understandable, however, we have never received any phone call from them explaining the situation to us or informing us what the next step would be. I called the store today, and the manager said to me that he was told that there was a phone call made by his people, but WE NEVER received any I swear to God!! Anyways, we got no apology from the manager and we were told that the tv will be delivered again this evening, we'll see whether they're going to do that or not. Otherwise, we will require a full refund!!!

BEWARE!! SALESMEN AND MANAGEMENT WILL LIE AND RIP YOU OFF!!We went in to Aaron�s to buy a TV. We do not have bad credit, the only reason we were there is because it is the only place in this little town to buy a large TV. Right from the beginning we had problems with things the salesmen told us. I should have known right then but stupidly we bought a used 65� TV. We paid cash in full and I later found out I paid more then what it was worth when it hit the market a year before. Despite Aarons so called �lowest price guarantee�, they screwed us on a used TV. We were told by the salesman (no longer working there�.) and the Manager Ryan that the TV would have a 6 month warranty with Aarons starting from the day it was paid in full. Ryan also told us that there was a 2 year warranty on the bulb as it had just been replaced. Well fast forward less then 1 year later, we have a problem with the bulb, contact the store and were treated very rudely. I spoke with Ryan the store manager and he pre
