Honestly this is the worst company I've ever rented from. Largely because of the delusional people that they actually allow to hold resident manager positions. I live above one such nut job who formerly held it in this building, I can't even clear my throat without getting a bang on the floor. I can't listen to music, watch TV, use my nebulizer, vacuum, anything during daytime hours unless she's gone. I also caught her messing around with my door. The Mgmt and new res manager don't take it very seriously which is frustrating as hell. They don't have dishwashers and the appliances are crap. Also they'll enter your apartment for insect "maintenance" without bothering to tell you. It's always fun to be napping naked and an exterminator waltzes in. I really detest this.

I complained to the management company about my building manager several times. They told me my issues are between me and the manager of the building. I had talked to the building manager about the sliding glass door that was jammed open, the dishwasher that made my dishes dirty, and my neighbor downstairs who insisted upon playing his bass very loudly at 2am. It is now a year after the sliding glass door complaint, and it is still not fixed. I moved out 2 days ago. The building manager took 2 boxes, a small television, and my Christmas tree. Said manager says they are in the building manager's garage. The same building manager refuses to give me my stuff back.

If you like over paying for heat and air conditioning due to a malfunctioning window, loud neighbors at 2am, a smokey building where smoking is not allowed, garage door openers that don't work in the middle of winter, an apartment manager who doesn't give a crap until it directly affects said apartment manager, and an apartment manager who takes your stuff but won't give it back, then please, do rent from this company.
