This has been a wonderful place to live at. I just recently moved out and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff was attentive.. They are picky on checkouts but they are also fair! Great place to rent from!

I lived at the Somerset buildings managed by Carlton Place apartments for 4 years. The building was clean and quiet and any issues we did have regarding maintenance was always taken care of within half a day. The office staff were really helpful and a lot of fun to work with and were really helpful when we were trying to move and even sent us to another property through Goldmark which better fit our needs. I always saw the caretakers and staff out picking up garbage during the summer months and making sure children were playing in the nearby park and not in the parking lot. My apartment was very nice and was spotless when I moved in. They were picky when I moved out, but let me wipe down a few things that I missed during the check out and only charged me for my carpet cleaning. I would definitely rent from them again!
