Provided by YP.comThe apartment buildings themselves are of okay construction, but the staff makes living in any apartment building managed by this company as unpleasant as brushing your teeth with nitric acid. You could say I did not enjoy renting from them, and you'd be correct. Westcourt apartments (along with many others) are noisy and the walls are thin. Fire alarms are a constant. So, If you enjoy being roused from your bed at all hours of night, and having to go stand in the cold with all your freezing neighbors because someone thought it was funny to pull the fire alarm...weekly, this is the place for you. Other buildings don't have fire alarm parties, but the office staff is still rigid and inflexible. Not a place to go if you have pets of any kind. It doesn't matter if they say you can have them, they'll find them and demand you "get rid" of them when they do inspections. They say animals can sense evil, and they try to keep things on the down low. Ordinary items that you'd find in any normal home, like candles, are disallowed. So if you plan on having any birthdays, don't count on blowing out candles on your cake, because the staff will tell you its a fire-hazard and it does smoke damage to the apartment. Instead, they'll ask you to get those lame, electric candle warmers for your birthday candles. Even if you are an educated scientist, and know this is a logical fallacy, don't attempt to expect any leeway. They'll make you feel horrible even for explaining your position, and that is only if you manage to talk to someone who will not just quote rules at you, and say nothing but quotes from your lease in response to your questions. They're actually leasing puppets, it is their job to mechanically quote ambiguity at you. If you ever miss rent for any reason, expect lots of passive-aggressive notes that turn into threats for legal recourse and eviction very quickly. They have a way of pulling eviction notices out of top hats. They will come after you, and charge you late fees. If your life is full enough for you to occasionally get busy on the 1st, and you forget to give them money, they'll charge you money on the 2nd. The management does give extremely free lectures on how you really need to pay for your housing, and how you've made a legal contract. These are entertaining. Seriously, does anyone not know that already? All around, its a good show. If you're up for an awesomely mindnumbing experience, and have a good amount of extra time, enjoy the free lecture. If you're sane, you'll likely look around Fargo, and think "Wait....there are better places that are managed by actually logical, understanding people." and you'll find something better. Honestly, keep looking, nothing to see here..

Provided by YP.comThere are many other better apartments around the same location for the same price. Danbury and Flickertail apartments are old and noisy. Had two false firealarms both around 11pm. Car got a dent. Check out process was painful and slow. Staff at Danbury and Goldmark are very unfriendly. Apartments being old there will be need for lot of maintenance. Request for maintenance was never addressed. I do NOT recommend these apartments.
