I am very unhappy with this company. For 1 1/2 weeks I was promised that they would pick up from my garage, some steel equipment that I had, as they had picked up SOME of the equipment the Friday before, then finally 1 1/2 weeks after this "promise" I was told that they could not pick up, that they were just trying to put my pick up in as a courtesy to me?? Excuse me, is this not your business to pick up when people call to have something picked up?? what is the courtesy in that?? that is your job! I finally called another REPUTABLE Company to see if they could pick up what Gerdau could not, and low and behold they showed up within a 1/2 hour and picked up steel equipment that I had, WOW and that was their job and they did it well and within a 1/2 hours and did not give me the run around for 1 1/2 weeks then tell me they were just doing this as a courtesy!! Professionalism is great when the people that you talk to tell the truth and not bulls*** you for 1/1/2 weeks. That reputable company is called Ken's Sanitation in Moorhead. Call they first!! They are very nice and do not "jerk" you around.
