Unfortunately, I do not have a positive impression of this company. I ordered 10 sheets of their reflective screen printed heat transfers. Upon arrival, I tested one transfer only to discover the ink was NOT reflective at all. I called customer service several times and they directed me to the art department. Sadly, no one was ever able to give me a clarification on how this product is justified as "reflective" and despite my numerous efforts to speak to someone with the answers, the company ignored every email, phone call, social media message, etc. I went as far as contacting the owner of the company, Kirk Anton, hoping to get the professional courtesy of a response, but my efforts were in vain. If anything, this company is misleading its customers regarding their reflective screen printed heat transfers but most of all their customer service and management personnel are severely lacking the professionalism to correct the error, but simply choosing to ignore the situation and pray it goes away. I would recommend customers to STAY CLEAR of this company.
