Second safety relevant to EXCERCISING skills learned and thirdly a technical skill. 4. To offer skills training of a standard that will BE sufficient for trade standards. 5. To require an appropriate financial commitment from ALL candidates. 6. Hope skills training center is under Master's heart ministries which is a 501C3 NON profit. 7. To structure welding classes to complete instruction within ONE four weeks.
