These folk ignored three reports that my window was leaking badly. When they finally came, they did nothing. They owe me a security deposit and half a month's rent. They acknowledge that they owe me the security deposit and hem and haw about the half month rent. A week ago they claimed my check was in the mail, that it was sent on the 16th. Today is the 25th. Go figure.

Great customer service, grounds are well maintained, and my questions are always answered in a reasonable time period. I have rented from JM for the last six years and have no plans to relocate as they have great rent prices and quality properties. The bad reviews listed here are apparently due to lack of understanding when it comes to renting and lack of understanding a lease agreement. Highly recommend JM Rentals.

I Lived There 2 Years.. I Had NO Problem Except I Had Dogs And I Noticed All The Upstairs Neighbors Walking Their Dog In The Grass And Not Picking Up After Them And We Would Get Letter After Letter And Charged $50 For Not Cleaning Up After The Dog I Told Them Its Not Just Me Its Other People Too They Told Me They Can't Do Anything About It Because Its By My Place So They Have To Charge Me...



And when I Moved Out My Ex Lived There For A Few More Months,, I Took The Dogs He Was Still Getting Letters And Charged $50 He Called Them And Said When Was The Last TIme U Seen A Dog Here, They Haven't Lived Here For Months...



They Hardly Shoveled, I Got Stuck Many Many Times In The Parking Lot..

Do I really need to give this disgusting company a WHOLE star for a rating? Do NOT rent from this company! They conduct fraudulent business by trying to screw ALL unsuspecting tenants out of money any way they can! They charged some poor girl almost $1700 after checkout for replacing the entire carpet in her apartment and DID NOT REPLACE ANY CARPET EXCEPT $100 MAXIMUM PATCH JOB!!!!!!! JM RIPOFF Management company not only is a poorly ran, unorganized , greedy lieing pathetic excuse for a business but also a disgrace to our community and the human race. They have absolutely no concept of right and wrong!! They should not be allowed to run a greedy business,which they can t even run anywhere in the first place, anywhere except right into the ground! I am warning all of you unsuspecting people that JM Rentals is worse than Goldmark! Do not rent from them! And for those of you that do after reading all these horrible truths about these idiots, lawyer up because THEY WILL

I renewed my lease in June for another year and wanted to say I haven't had major problems. Only things I don't like are that the maintenance guy shows up 3 days later than the office person says and I got a $15 a month rent raise when I renewed. Not the biggest deal though because I can't find a comparable apt around town for the same price. We will see how check out goes next summer and we'll see if I remember to update this ;)

Horrible customer service. We gave our 60 day notice 1 day late. Instead of working with us or listening to our issue of why we were late, we were told to contact their lawyers and that we were frustrating. NO EXCEPTIONS. They also told us when we called 89 days in advance to give a notice to wait until we recieved a letter in the mail stating we needed to renew our lease or put in our 60 day notice. One problem. We never recieved the notice in the mail and when we called we were teated rudely and told we had to pay for the whole monthof July. Beware!!!!!!!!

I recently started renting a two bedroom from JM Rentals and I would definitely recommend them. I was able to see multiple building options in many locations. The rental agent was very courteous and made the whole process quick and painless. All the units I looked at were very clean and professionally maintained. If you're looking for a professionally owned and operated real-estate company, JM Rentals is an excellent choice.
