Chronic late paychecks; almost daily emails and calls that they cannot process your pay on time. Also, threat that "they cannot guarantee you will keep your job" if you choose to drive home right before DOT closes highways in a blizzard. The only other choice was to drive on a closed highway, which is illegal in North Dakota.For all of the time and mileage I put in to interview for Kelly assignments, I would have been much better off contacting businesses in Fargo directly. Also, you may have 6 week waiting time to start assignments. So, this definitely is not leading to gainful employment. I didn't experience the chronic late paychecks and threat of firing for not driving on closed highways when I had been a prior employee of Kelly Services. Thus, I believe these procedures in the Fargo office may not reflect other Kelly Services offices.

Im not one to complain but the service or lack there of is horrible. I have a college degree and over 5 years experience in managment and they never found me a position. I called every week and after a month I called again. They had "no idea" I was still interested.

Just wanted to let you know up front that they do everything they can to not submit your hours for you to get paid. They keep putting you on assignments, but they fight you every step of the way to pay you for approved work. You never know when you'll get paid, even if you always submit your time on time..The work is good, but a constant fight to follow up to get paychecks.
