This is the second new vehicle we have purchased here. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Kelsey and Todd made buying a vehicle pleasant.

I just left aft sitting waiting for an oil change. Was told it would be about 5 minutes, needless never happened, I left. This happened last time I was there also. I strongly Do Not recommend!!!

I have bought two Sorento's from Kia of Fargo in the last 3 years. It was great from beginning to end and that is why I came back for my second one. Service and sale's departments have both went above and beyond for me more than once and I will go nowhere else to for service.

Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend this dealership. After speaking to someone on the phone, we were given an estimated trade in value. The next day we drove 300 miles to the dealership and when we arrived they gave us 5,000 dollars less than what they had estimated for our trade in! Talk about embarrassing themselves! They were rude, unpleasant to work with, and nonnegotiable. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT GO THERE!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was sold a car by a salesman that was downright unsafe. Literally days after being sold the car, it required $600 worth of repairs to make it safe to drive. I informed the salesman I would be taking the car while moving from North Dakota to Colorado the next day, and he sold it to me anyway. When I called him and informed him how unhappy I was with the situation, he said it wasn't their problem and that there's ''always two opinions as to whether something is unsafe.'' I agree, my opinion is that it's unsafe to buy anything from the Lunde Auto Center.
