I took one of my dogs there after she was discharged too early from another vet service, and they not only treated her with kindness, professionalism, and expert service, they treated me with the same. I was updated on her progress, they sent me pictures of her, and involved me in every step of her care. I wish they were a regular service also, because I would definitely go to them.

Took four hours to get in/out on Sat. night (April 25) with no explanation why, and after I was told it'd take "moments" to do an ultrasound on Rusty. I didn't know they'd already gone ahead to do the catheter, let alone was I updated on progress, though I'd verbally consented to the catheter, should it be needed. This clinic treated me very badly over payment, despite me doing everything to work with them, I told them off and they tried to blame me. Rusty and I don't want to go back, though they did treat him and it appears he's going to be okay. But I just looked into taking them to Casselton Veterinary next time, about which I've heard excellent things. I hadn't known they had a 24 hour service. I will write more later, if I can be sure YP won't lose my review this time. I just wrote a long, steaming one, only to see it get lost by a technological problem.
