They do a great job at Revive. The person I got was getting knots I never even knew I had. Really got nothing to complain about, just looking forward to going back again.

I was referred to Revive from a review I read for a particular person who worked there. So I scheduled a massage with this person about a week in advance. I even got notices of "Appointment Booked", time, date, person, etc. So I get there and fill out the paperwork, because I had never been there. Right before the receptionist (or who I thought was one) was going to take me back into the room, she tells me that the person I was suppose to see canceled her appointment! Now I know that things come up and sh&t happens, I understand that. But they could have at least sent something out saying you have been moved to another person, or something along those lines. Overall, customer satisfaction/professionalism is quite poor considering all the competition out there. I have had many massages and there really isn't a "bad massage" out there. It's all about how they treat you and respect. Cheers.
