Horrible customer service ...if I can figure out a way to switch to another Dr for CPAP supplies without having to do another expensive overnight visit I will. I The womens part is even more unfriendly !! Sent my husband there to pick up supplies and he came back and said are they always that bad!!

Customer service is awful. Took an electric scooter in to be repaired and was quoted over $400. My son took a look at it and repaired it in less than 2 minutes. A bolt was completely loose. Then visited to get a custom wheelchair. The rep said, "The people who do that are only here from 9 to 5, but they like to go home early, so if you don't get here by 4:30 they will have already left. One of the most unfriendly places I have done business with. Don't expect to have anyone go an extra inch to help you.

Stay FAR AWAY!!! Get your medical devices ANYWHERE but here! They treated my elderly father horribly, double-billed him for devices we RETURNED and still will not refund his money. They have lied over and over again thinking that at his age he'd never remember what he was told. If you must do business with this company (why would you!?) make sure you have everything in writing - EVERYTHING. Actually, I highly suggest recording every time you must speak with them - in person, on the phone, etc. Keep all correspondence. If they tell you something is returnable, have them write it down and sign it. These people are out to take money. Oh, and the devices my dad wanted? They charged him $400 when I went and got what he wanted for $35 at Scheel's. EXTREMELY high prices. HORRIBLE service (higher up, the ladies at the front desks are nice, but don't do much). STAY AWAY.
