I went here to do a trial updo for my wedding hair. I had a lady named Nikki do my hair. I showed her several pictures of what I what I wanted. She would work for awhile and then take my hair out so I was there for over 2.5 hours. She ended up doing my hair completely different than what I asked for and I hated the style she did. I told her that's not what I asked for and so she started over again. I basically wanted a lot curly bun and she ended up using a bun form which made it look like I had a donut on my head. She talked constantly about how she did all the wedding hair for a wedding show and how she was going to do the style she did exactly for another girl. In the end she told me that she couldn't do what I wanted without cutting my hair. She told me I had absolutely no layers in my hair (which i did have layers) and that in order to do the hair style I wanted I would have to cut my hair. I ended up going to Blush hair salon and the stylist there had no trouble doing the style I wanted.

Worst experience of my life! I went it to get my hair colored an allover natural blond with the end a little darker than the top. I even showed the girl who did my hair, Nikki, a picture of what I wanted and she told me she would be able to do it. I have never been so horrified by a hairstylist. She said she was the manager, and she wouldn't stop talking about how amazing she was. She constantly talked about how she has so many clients because she's so amazing at hair. And she kept talking about how some hairstylist just walked out on her. Like I needed to hear this! And she was telling me how she had a hairstylist working there illegally! So after 6 hours of this, she did my hair completely wrong! I think she forgot what she was doing half way through! I have almost white streaks around my hair and my end were an orange-ish color. They were also completely damaged by the end of the process! I paid $158 to listen to someone tell me how amazing they are then screw up my hair! Where did she get white highlights out of an allover color! I will be going back to get it fixed for FREE or I will get my money back and go somewhere better and more professional! Don't ever go here. I even went and talk to them about my hair, and I wanted someone else to redo it, but apparently Nikki is their only hairstylist and they won't give me my money back!
