There were no scheduled hours that anyone was there to take care of contracts and/or questions. Then the owner screamed at me when he told me he would be at the gym from 8-12 and he was not there when I showed up. Then he hung up the phone when I called and asked when he would be there. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this gym.

Great, Clean gym!!! Owner runs great gym...Becoming more old school each day!! Customer Service is Great!! Insurance Reimbursement hits every month on time!! Phones answered 24/7....I even got a tour from the Owner on a Sunday afternoon!!! Can't beat the prices and even cheaper if you join with friend/family! Keep up the great work VF!!
