Pull up into the drivethru and ask for something listed on the sign. "Oh, we don't have that anymore; it was a promotion." Well, it's on your sign. "We haven't had time to take it down." Ok, then may I have a burger with bacon, cheese and barbeque sauce on it. "I've worked here for over 4 years and we've never had that." I drove off. Zero for two. Not only do they list what they don't have, but they make excuses with attitude and make zero effort to make it. How tough is it to toss bbq sauce on a burger? Epic Fail Wendy's. Another customer who won't be back.
