Provided by YP.comUpon walking into the store I noticed that there was only one employee and he was on the phone for the first ten minutes of our visit. When he finally came to take our order he didn't seem to have any ability to remember what we asked for. He had to ask what bread we wanted twice and didn't answer a question we had at all. (Did he have eggs?) The only positive to the entire visit was he remembered all the veggies I rattled off quickly. At the check out the employee couldn't figure out that we wanted two meals, one with chips (that were on the counter next to/touching the sandwiches) and the other with two cookies. Both with a large drink. On top of it all he had to ask me what sandwich I had ordered, (it was the one he had made most recently). When he finally rang up our order I asked him to repeat it back to us entirely to make sure we got it all on there, which he wasn't pleased to do. After I had paid an enormous amount for two meals I took my receipt. Before we could leave he asked us for a personal item (a cigarette lighter). after we offered him the use of one he took it and put it in his pocket making it clear we would never receive our personal item back. Then he went on to complain about going on break and how he wanted to be smoking at that moment, not servicing us, his customers. I had ordered two cookies and had to ask for them at this point because he had charged us and hadn't given them to us. He said "oh", took out the cookie tray and made me grab the cookie myself out of the tray. No tongs, no bags. I ordered two cookies and had to carry them out without a bag. I have no idea how many fingers have touched those cookies and I do not intend to eat them. I've worked in fast food for 8 years and I understand being overwhelmed, understaffed and frustrated. But this crossed so many lines on an Federal Law level that I am absolutely appalled. I've visited Subway's across the country and I have never had such an unpleasant experience as this one. Our treat for the month went ruined and I'm not even sure our sandwiches are safe to eat. As I suspected he also overcharged me and rang up everything I ordered individually. No chance I'll go back.

Provided by YPmobileWalked in and employees were not getting a long. I called manger after concerns I had and she told me she wasn't listening to me. There was crazy words flying in front of my kids!!
