I have used this company for over 6 years on various projects and have had exceptional work and service performed every time. The owner, Ken, is very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use him in the future.

The following is based on my experience and my opinion.

On or about February 24, 2016, Farmerville Overhead door was contracted to install two garage doors on a medal building being constructed on my property. Cost of the project $3765.

The front door has an opener and operates as expected.

The rear door will not remain open. The door is approximately 12 feet wide and 15 feet tall. When you push it to the full open position it comes back to within 6 feet of the floor.

I have contacted the owner several times since the problem was realized and each time I have been informed I am on the list but he was very busy with installations and new business.

I contacted him once more May 20 2016. He said he was still busy but would be out at my residence next week. As so much time has elapsed I have cancelled service with this company and will seek professional service elsewhere. If you choose his service I wish you better warranty support than I have received,
