ZERO stars! HORRIBLE! My son (5th child through a private school-first with Harmony), enrolled July '20. Real issues began with drive times! You have to call every week and HOPE there is a time available (Mike is a one-man show). My son was a beginner with anxiety and not a lot of experience. After the first drive, my son-who NEVER cries-got out of Mike's car bawling! Apparently, Mike had belittled him & yelled at him because he couldn't do the hand-over-hand turning technique (that's a great way to motivate a new, anxious driver while you have them ALONE in a car!). I called Mike later to get his side of the story and all he had to say was "well, he wasn't ready", not anything that indicated he was sorry. I kindly, but firmly, reminded him he is the TEACHER!! I asked him to note that my son is a beginner and is anxious about driving and to be kind. He responded with an aggressive "Oh. I already did." I said, "You know, while you're at it, mark 'be kind' on every kids' chart." Apparently, Mike expects to not actually have to TEACH the driving. AND he also expects us to know that! AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER, Aug 2021, we are still trying to schedule more drive times (my son did NOT want to get back in the car with him). At this point, Mike can't/won't tell us how many drive times are required and won't schedule them out even though we have been in the program for AN ENTIRE YEAR (after he promised us he would). Meanwhile, scheduling with any DPS in Texas takes at least a 6-month advance scheduling. I had 1 more HEATED call: Mike yelled at me for 20 minutes. On this phone call, I: 1.called him on some lies, 2.asked him to tell me how many more drive times my son needed, 3.asked to schedule them out, 4.asked him to stop screaming at me! Side note, when confronted him about screaming at me he responded with, "well, she was treating me like a child."
STAY AWAY!!!!
Also, I would like to point out that an adult instructor should NEVER BE ALONE in the car with an minor! EVER!

We sent our daughter through this school which was convenient for us as well as affordable. Friendly and knowledgable Instructor who made who made it a great learning experience for her!

My son took lessons from Harmony. He scored a 97 on the driving test which the instructor said was the best score all week. I contributed his score to Harmony. Michael who is the owner is wonderful. He makes sure the students get in their drive times as quickly as possible. He also returns phone calls within 24 hours. They are a great driving school!

Don't use this guy, Very unreliable. Late to classes and nearly impossible to get in touch with.

DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL!! REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL

They do not honor their class times and have no shows for when you are suppose to drive. They will take your money and thats it. I have been trying to get my child her drive times to get her license and 3 months later she has only had 1 and today he was a no show!!
