Larry (Owner/Line-X) is a good salesman, but I am quite disappointed with the work he performed on my vehicle. I had a tri-fold cover put on the back of my brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier and they gouged the top rail of my bed liner. I pointed it out to Larry by showing him how the gouge followed down to where they attached my cover. He couldn't deny what happened. He seemed to cop an attitude by becoming totally silent. There was no apology (which would have gone a long way with me). When I asked him to replace this section of the bed liner he hesitantly agreed. But, by his actions I had a feeling it would never happen, which it did not.

I also had them install LED lighting in the bed of the truck. The lights function, but much of the light was blocked by clips of the bed cover. I thinnk the lights were installed before the bed cover and they failed to measure properly. My husband had to remove and reinstall the clamps.

When leaving after the work was done, I just felt that I would not be welcomed back. Larry's lack of professional integrity was disappointing. No apology. No acknowledgment that they could have done a better job. No attempt to follow-thru with the new bed liner rail.

It's a shame, because I know of at least two people who considered getting work done there. I advised them the avoid Line-X and they went elsewhere
