On my first visit, I presented this jeweler with a $250.00 gift certificate for a custom wedding band that I'd won at a bridal show. They told me to "hold on to it." They then conveniently "forgot" to note on my original receipt that I presented them with the gift certificate on my first visit, told me that I was lying, and refused to honor it once my ring was finished. The owner was flat out rude before even looking into my complaint. And then minutes after this arguement - they told me that I'll get a $50 gift certificate if I refer someone to them! (Really?!) I will never use this vendor again and would never recommend them to anyone. For anyone that does decide to go here, double check your receipt and make sure they write down every single thing you discussed or they will refuse to do anything to help you. My ring came out nice, but the customer service was horrible.
