I have been a customer of Nail it for 4 years. Jen is amazing. She is talented and always goes out of her way to make me happy and feel relaxed. Today's experience made me never want to come back. Shirley they owner does not value "happy customers". After returning to show her that my gel polish, which I paid $25 for 5 days prior, was chipping and peeing, she made it out like it was my fault. I asked her to take it off. Not only did I have to wait, but she tried to charge me! I said I wasn't a happy customer, and her response was "well I did my job" and she continued to blame it on Jen. This isn't the first time I've witnessed her not so right by her customers. I'm done. ��������

Finding a nail salon with competent staff is never easy. I have found this place to have great staff who care about what they do. I am happy with my pedicures and have never had such relief from my usual pain I used to have with ingrown cuticles on my big toe. My pain is gone and nails grow better. I am also very pleased with the tip manicures they do. Once in a while I indulge in a massage and so far Amy has been my favorite.
