been shopping there for many years. always have to make excuses for screw ups they make. we bought a big turkey for TG. reserved it 3 weeks in advance. picked it up when scheduled. my wife asked if it was defrosted in that it was a big turkey. Plainville farms turkeys are the best BUT the morning of TG we find it is frozen solid. Now what? great job of wrecking TG dinner for us!!!! we could have bought a frozen turkey for 1/3 the price thank you. the bakery is great, but the rest of the store has lost its edge.

Store is wonderful until you have to deal with some issues there...

I'm their long time customer and all was Okay with this place until I had to deal with the manager. I had to deal with very unkind woman. I lost all my passion for this store...

For high prices they offer they should have better management.

I would have to agree about checking the dates of thing bought at Highland Park Market as I brought expired crackers, expired by a year, and had to make an extra trip back to the store to return them. In addition, you would think Highland Market never sees and EBT card during the course of a business day. In the last 6 months, 4 of the last 5 visits I have had issues with the person checking me out not knowing what they were doing and having to draw the attention others to get help; thus advertising that I was using a EBT card to the rest of the customers in back of me. In my opinion, the equivalent of announcing over the loud speaker "PRICE CHECK ON THESE ALWAYS MAXI PADS AISLE 4". I'm sick of it. I have decided that it must be some unconscious need to caption individuals using Food Stamps in the "Well Off" city of Farmington. IDK! It has happened enough times that I Don't think I will be going back.
