I have breakfast with coffee a few times a week. I’m most impressed with management. The rest of the staff is also kind and considerate. I’m a senior and everybody goes out of their way to help me. This morning it was Ruth that gave me superior service.

I work a few stores down and order there at least 4 times a week. Order is consistently wrong, several times I've had to go back and have it fixed. Even witnessed the manager respond snarky to a woman who had a tomato allergy and wasn't aware the sandwich came with it. She asked him to take it off and I actually giggled at the audacity. Don't call it in ahead! Phone echos and neither party can really understand. Oh, and I just paid $6 for an asiago bagel with cheese and 4 slices of avocado. The woman taking my order had a looong line and not a soul was upfront to help her. Food is great but it's a franchise, it will always succeed due to the brand, but with my busy lifestyle and constant disappointment, never returning.

The Farmington Panera Bread location is by far the best! I really appreciate their amazing service. At other Panera's in the area, there seem to be a lot more errors. This location has the nicest employees and fastest service! I always use the rapid-pickup option in the Panera app, and my order is always ready when I got to pick it up. They do a great job!
