I applied online at Indeed.com for a Payroll Administrator position at Centria Healthcare in Farmington Hills, MI. I was contacted by recruiter Cameron Armstrong who set up a phone interview with me. I spoke with Mr. Armstrong who asked me questions about my present & past experience. Mr. Armstrong told me that he liked my enthusiasm and thought that I would be a great fit for the company.

I was contacted via email that a virtual interview had been set up for me. I interviewed for the position however, I was contacted by Mr. Armstrong who told me that there had been an "interrupted development" and they felt that I should be making more money and did not think this position was a fit. Mr. Armstrong explained that they wanted to place me in the best position that fit my skill sets.

Mr. Armstrong told me that he had spoke with the billing department because Centric was hiring in other departments that I had experience in. So two other virtual interviews were set up for me. I interviewed for the billing department position and after the interview, Mr. Armstrong called me to let me know that they felt that this was not a good fit for me as well. The other virtual interview was for a Cash Posting position. I interviewed for this position on January 22, 2021 have not heard back from anyone! Not even the consideration of a phone call from Mr. Armstrong.

Mr. Armstrong told me during this process that he would keep in touch with me even if I was not chosen for the positions. He did not keep his word. I had 3 interviews (that were initiated by Mr. Armstrong, not me) with Centria in a 2 wk. period in 3 departments I had experience in. Each interviewer took one thing that I said in the interview and decided I was not a fit!

I'm very disappointed the way the process was handled by Centria. I question the integrity of the company. More than anything, very disappointed in the way that Mr. Armstrong promised that he would let me know what was going on with the interviews.

This company has helped my son develop his social skills through the ABA therapy they provide. His therapy team is amazing!

Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this company and the ABA therapy they provide. My child is a different person because of them!

This company is making a huge difference in the lives of children with autism! The therapy they provide, ABA, is really helping!

Outstanding company with amazing people who are dedicated to seeing their mission come to life. Highly recommend!

Worst home health care company ever! They did private duty for my son and they have a bunch of kids working for them. Who don't have health care background's and shouldn't be managing sick people. I was told for weeks that the were going to find my son a home Occupational Therapist and then after I made multiple calls to them most of which were not returned I was told sorry we can't do it. I wasted all that time where he could been on a waiting list some place else and they could have not cared less
