It was a Sat and 2 days before Christmas and our furnace went out. They had someone out within an hour and had us up and running again in less than a 1/2 hour. Nick was very professional and great to work with. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend them and use them again in the future if needed. They save our holiday.

Awesome company. Very efficient , on time and very knowledgeable. Fuses were blowing, anouther company came out and put the wrong fuses for my ac and was melting my wires, Diversified came and re wired and put the right fuses in and i sign up for there maintenance plan. They awesome.

This companies lies and price-gouges. I would never use them again. They showed up and expected me to pay $250 for just being there, then quoted me over $12,000 to replace a unit that was eventually replaced for half that price. Wouldn't recommend these guys... ever.

Very unprofessional. I called to make and emergency appointment. The person I talked to scheduled me for the next day. The following morning, that same person called back and told me that a technician was not coming. No apologies, explanation or offer of rescheduling. I obviously do not recommend

Strange to see the negative reviews. I had a new high efficiency heating system and hot water heater put in by Diversified and couldn't be happier with their work. Excellent price (Diversified helped with a rebate that saved us a bundle).



Their workers (Nick and I can't remember the other person's name - Ned?) were super - incredibly hard working, smart and did a neat, expert job.



I got the maintenance agreements with them as well and they've done a great job. Highly recommend them.

I had a very very bad experience with this company. The service has been called to fix the froze up air duct. The technician came in & charged $75 just for diagnosis & it took about 1hrs. Later he loaded 2 lbs of freon & leak proof sealant - which demands fair cost of about $80 + 45 mins of labor which supposed to be all total [ $75 (diagnosis)+$80 (material)+ ( $90 labor for 45 mins)] $245 but I was forced to pay 507.82 as he mentioned before the repair that material cost is higher & also it would take couple of hours to fix this issue & I was told to sign the document, as a matter of fact I did. Later I came to know that he completed process in 45 mins & I looked at the internet the pricing of material is approx.$80. Even I talked to the technician (Eric) , he also disagreed with this kind of bill imposed by his company. All my friends please be aware of this kind of fraud service. They are liar & just want to suck your money. I called the customer service & requested for adjustment if possible, his behave is very bad. Instead of talking his focus was to threaten me to pay the bill. I am going to post this awareness in my face book, the greater Detroit community, Troy community, Canton & An arbor community, my fellow colleagues.

DHC came out and did a wonderful and an outstanding job, on repairing my boiler, and doing a complete clean and check on my boiler. Thank-you DHC for your expertise and professionalism.

Diversified heating & cooling charged me $150.00 to clean a broken boiler. Three other contractors noted that Diversified did not thoroughly clean the boiler and the safety valve, which has the potential of leveling our home, was not checked despite Diversified's documentation that it was. When I requested my $150.00 be returned to me, I was informed that it would not be returned and that the company should have charged more for cleaning my broken boiler, which now has to be competely replaced.
