I can't say enough good things about the owner Robert and his company. My husband and I found a concealed moldy ceiling in our sun room shortly after we purchased our home. We called several mold remediation contractors but after meeting Robert, chose him. His team came in and gutted the ceiling to the rafters in one day. They sealed the room and also removed all of the material, leaving us with a negative air pressure system for several days to be sure the mold had been removed from the air as well. Robert answered my phone calls immediately and when he was on a project, he text me immediately to let me know he was busy at the moment. His team took pictures and made sure we had documentation of their work and Robert gave us a concise report of what occurred as well. Robert is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very reliable and we will use him again for any other issues we may run across in our new home.

Tracy from Farr's Painting contacted me, and we had a good conversation about the scope of work. She mentioned that she has done color consulting, and I was glad to possibly get some suggestions since I'd been struggling with my color choices. To make a long story short, this person made an appointment to come to my home, but never showed, never called. And when I called her to see if she had possibly hit traffic and was late, she never even bothered to call me back! In this economy, I expected way more from a contractor. The other contractors I've had contact with have been great. I guess my job wasn't "big enough" for this person, or a better job came along. In any case, it is VERY unprofessional to not call, and not show up. I would recommend that anyone looking at this contractor, BEWARE. If they are this unprofessional with me, they will be the same way with anyone.
