After seven used car lots in two days, every one with varying combinations of disappointing vehicles, clingy salespeople, and hand-me-down facilities, we were pretty beaten down, and frankly went to QM2 with fairly low expectations. In the aftermath of our visit and subsequent vehicle purchase, to summarize: Take Every bad preconception you may have about used car dealerships, flip it upside down, and you'll get Quattro Motors 2. The sales office is clean & inviting. Jeannie and Ray are absolutely zero pressure, while at the same time being extremely helpful and informative when You Want It. The specific vehicle we came to check out (and ended up buying) looked terrific, was well serviced, and is in perfect running order. Beyond that, pretty much every vehicle on the lot that I took notice of looked great. And when it came down to coordinating between QM2, our car insurance company, and our lender, Jeannie's expertise on the business side of things really showed through. She is Extremely knowledgeable on the closing process, as good or better than any new car dealer I've ever dealt with, and she made the whole thing as painless as that sort of thing can be. I have a new car lease coming due in a couple of months, with plans to switch to a used car for my next purchase. At that time, I'll be basing my buying decision in large part on what's available at Quattro Motors 2. There is no other used car dealership that comes close in terms of who I want to deal with.

Very nice when I contacted by phone

First I went to their FARMINGTON location. I found the car I wanted online and sent in my application. Jeannie called me back within an hour with an approval (and my credit sucks). She sent me the Carfax right away by email! I don't know what other reviewers were talking about no pre-inspection allowed. Jeannie was more than happy to accommodate me in allowing me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic before I ever signed a thing! Most dealers will not let you do this. After I got the "ok" from my mechanic, I let Jeannie know the A/C wasn't working, she would not let me take delivery until it was fixed. I was impressed, this is not your typical lot.

When I arrived the next morning, all my paperwork was ready and I was explained everything while Jeannie signed me out. I got the one year unlimited mile, power train warranty and great financing that fit my budget exactly. I told her where my payments needed to be with the money I has to put down and she got it for me. Very impressed- this is a great place to get a used vehicle without the stress of worrying if you are getting scammed or not. Quattro Motors in Farmington on Grand River is the real deal! I want to thank Jeannie especially for such a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone.

This is my 2nd purchase from Quattro Motors and I wont go anywhere else. They are the best!!!! You will not find a better deal anywhere.

Ray, the owner is a pleasure to deal with, he's very honest, very low pressure on the sale and is always willing to address any concerns or questions I have had, he promptly returns calls. They had an '04 A4 Audi Quattro on the lot, it was the exact car I had been looking for for months. Ray gladly provided me with the CARFAX when I walked in to inquire about this and another car they had.The car started right up (cold day) ran superbly looked and drove just as well. Ray helped me with my financing and got me a far better rate than I ever expected, he was very polite, patient, friendly and professional! Very honest and low pressure sale. He also gave me a very Fair price for the car I traded in. I had a small issue with the headlights on the Audi, Ray had me take the car to Abraham, his mechanic, where he took his time assessing the issue and corrected the problem. Abraham was very helpful and friendly as was the other mechanic in their shop. Thanks Ray!
