I bought a pair of red wing model 1907's from this store. I had a small pressure point on my big toe after the boots were broken in. I took them back for a small spot stretch, which is very common. And a very confrontational store manager named Mike said that there was nothing they could do in front of about 12 or 15 customers. Won't be going back there again. Roseville store is much nicer and much more helpful .

this Red Wing store is awesome and gene was just great he helped me find the kind of food I needed was very knowledgeable about all the products and also about sizing and types of boots for different applications. 10 out of 10, will shop there again and get my boots serviced therw Gene was fantastic.

Today I went to Red Wings shoes in Redford, the sales associate spoke and preceded with a fitting for his previous customer, I continued looking at the metatarsal boots found two pair I was interested in, waiting patiently, when another customer walked in he spoke,, can I help you...I looked at him stunned because he had offered me any assistance until I glanced at him. Well maybe because I'm African American. Did go to Industrial Footwear in Warren, where I did find my boots and superb service from store owner Eddie $160 well spent. Manufacturing Technician.
