I dislike having to leave negative reviews, however we live in an age of social media and it is my option that companies need to be held accountable for their actions and inactions. My experience with this company is that they do not provide good customer service. My experience dealing with this company is mostly negative; is impossible to reach anyone and voicemails are never returned. I have been trying to contact them for over a month; I don't have time to keep calling them, I expect a return call. Their lack of professionalism shocks me; I understand that everyone is busy, but as a customer I expect a timely response to communication. We will give them once more chance because of our prior relationship, however if the poor communication continues they will lose our company as a customer.
