When I first read the review from Michael B. It concerned me a lot because at that time I had my Ford Explorer in USA Transmission for service. I was totally happy with every aspect of the repair from USA Transmission. The service on my car actually came in under price from other estimates I had done and my car took less days for repair then USA Transmission had expected it to take. I was very pleased with Dewey's professional manner in taking care of my car and I would recommend Dewey's USA Transmission to anyone needing car repairs.

Thought I would take a few minutes to write this review about how wonderful Dewey is! I was having problems with my transmission and thought I was going to be forced to get rid of a car that was going to cost me alot to repair until Dewey stepped in. He not only fixed my car but made me feel great about my decision to fix and keep the car. He always goes that extra mile for me and I'm sure for every customer. Truly honest guy and very reputable. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone who has any trouble with their transmission

I have been taking my vans to Jim and Dewey for over 10 years now. I like to buy used minivans to cart my big family all over Michigan and to Florida for vacations. I have had two vans with transmissions go bad and both were replaced by USA. Both vehicles transmissions lasted over 100,000 miles with no problems. A third van I thought had a bad transmission, turned out to be seals...half the price I was planning on paying.
This past repair I bought a used salvage vehicle from a guy off Craigslist. It started making a bad sound under the engine. I took it to my mechanic who I have used for 8 years, and he told me to scrap the van.
I took it to Dewey and turned out the flywheel went bad. I almost scrapped a $3200 vehicle (for $400) but instead got it back on the road for $750.
I am looking forward to putting 100,000 miles plus on this van now, we are already planning our next trip to Florida!

While driving from New jersey to Chicago my transmission failed completely. Although being stranded and facing a large repair bill was an extremely stressful experience, Dewey and the crew at USA Transmissions treated me like a long-time, favored customer from the moment I walked in the door.

Dewey was open and honest from the beginning and walked me through every step of the repair process while offering as many options as possible. He completed the work on a rush schedule so as to allow me to get home to my family in a timely manner.

My husbands transmission was obviously shot, with no hope of a simple fix. We could not be happier with the wonderful job that Jimmie and Dewey performed on our rebuilt transmission. We would highly recommend if you are having issues with your trans to give them a call. They are honest and very reasonable. We pulled our camper a week after the fix and could not be happier with the end results. Thanks guys!

My transmission was acting like a “trans gone bad” and my warranty had expired. Jim and Dewey said they would find out what was wrong, even if they had to tear down the transmission. I was so worried I would have to pay for another transmission. To my surprise, they honored my expired warranty and rebuilt my transmission with all new parts AND no additional cost to me. They were pleasant and helpful throughout this experience. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends for any trans repair work. I drove all the way from Lansing because I was told this was the most honest transmission place and I was not disappointed. They will never have you get anything unnecessary done and they treat you with complete respect. I just needed a little work done and it only was $100. Other places would have charged me $250 for that work too. Everyone should go here!

If you are looking for SUPERIOR serivce then look no further USA Transmission is knowledgable, honest, efficient and...they saved me a whole lot of money. My first estimate (after being charged $69 for diagnostic testing) was $1800-$2000 for a rebuilt trans. I searched the web found USA Trans, called and spoke with Dewey. RESULTS - Free diagnostic test, convenient rental car, my car was ready when promised and the best part --- I only needed a hydraulic cylinder - Cost $600 bucks. I'm happy.

They Got it done.....on time as promised, and it was lower than they quoted me...
