When I called to inquire about veterinary care for my 9 yr old dog (he needed to have his teeth cleaned desperately & I also thought he would surely nd to have a tooth or 2 pulled), the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant to talk with, very informative & understanding. Not once did I rcv any negative response from her & when I went in with my dog, they were all just as kind & considerate. They were compassionate about my dogs needs & even allowed me to stay w/him until he had his dental work done. I know that alot of places would not allow this so it really struck a chord with me. They were quick about the process & gentle with my dog... which most certainly goes a long way in my book. I didn't feel like my dog was just a number in a long line of 'animals' and in my opinion, he was handled in a caring way (which is no easy feat as he is not very comfortable around ppl.) His dental procedure was done quite quickly (& that incl'd getting his talons clipped) ! I also appreciated that they didn't do something that wasn't necessary and cause a bill to be enlarged, if you will... no teeth needed to be pulled! Over all, my whole experience there was great. Had I realized this vet was here sooner I would've brought all of my animals here throughout the years no matter how far I had to travel. All based off of 1 experience. Thank you Clearwater.
