Poor customer service. I received a pair of pants for Christmas. I tried to return them with the receipt. They would not take them back, even though they supposedly have a 30 day return policy. I recommend that you shop elsewhere. However, if you have to shop there be prepared to keep what you get even if it's not what you expected.
