Provided by YP.comAvesta management is unprofessional and does not do their due diligence investigating issues rather they jump to conclusions, and treat residents inconsistently. I pay good money in association dues for this company to manage the property, not to be constantly watched and harassed for any reported infraction without validation of the claims or being contradictory as in not being the only or most egregious violation when reported. I was warned about this company before I moved in, but was so invested in the process that it was too late to back out. I regret everyday that I didn't get that warning earlier on. Do not purchase a property that is managed by this company; I bet money you would end up highly disappointed.

Provided by YP.comAvesta is awesome, honest and genuine. Avesta brought our community out of the red. We're well into the black. Our landscaping looks great and real people answer the phones and can help you. You don't hear.......someone will call you back....or someone from Texas will call you back. Keep up the great work Avesta!

Provided by YP.comAvesta is A+ for our community. A big thank you to Avesta! The staff is polite, the service people they send out are timely and get the job done. Our finances are in good order. The Co-owners that are delinquent or don't follow the rules shouldn't be able to leave negative feedback. Avesta works hard for us and it shows-both in curb appeal/property values and the care for the buildings and roadways that have taken place!! We were left with a Successor Builder and Avesta really helped us.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst management company ever. They have single-handedly destroyed numerous communities. You should also know these are the same people from the now bankrupt Galaxy Builders. The short version of their path of destruction in our community is that they failed to complete building the community, rented out the last few they built under a lease to own plan, stole the deposits and money towards ownership of the tenants, the properties have so many liens because Galaxy failed to pay contractors, which means numerous units are empty as a result. People are now failing to pay HOA dues because they feel Avesta is "diverting the funds". There are expenses on our annual report for postage and other fees for which most believe are bogus. Yes they may be cheaper than other companies, but remember you get what you pay for!
