I went to Greasy Greens on 2/24 and let me tell you, the quality has gone down. I love Bate's Burgers, they are a heartattack waiting to happen, but at Greeen's, they seem to be using different ingredients. The fries were horrible, they weren't cooked through but were dripping in grease. The double cheese burgers were small and I was really disappointed. I paid $10.65 for 3 double cheeseburgers and a small fry and all I got was disappointment and an upset stomach. And that was AFTER I had to go back in because they forgot to put the fries in the bag. I should have taken that as a sign. When I called to complain, all I got was a nothing has changed and I wasn't here. I am so glad customer service is high on their list. I can promise that I will NEVER go back.
