The worst experience ever.

The deals from Groupon is not as straight forward as it might look. My experience with them was a FIASCO. The place has only 4 trampolines. They have parties all the time during the weekend so it is close to the public. If you do not live close to the location you better call ahead of time to make sure that there aren't any parties.

Before my visit I called and Gail, the owner told me that she had parties all day with the exception from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. so If I was there by this time we will be able to use it. Therefore that it was we did. My kids jumped for 10 minutes and then another family came after us so she asked me to let them go for 10 minutes and I did, but when their time was ended she told me she could not allow me kids to jump again since she needed to set up the place for the next party. So told me to came back another day. I could not believe it. Therefore I ended driving 30 minutes for my kids to jump for only 10 minutes. No apology at all. She is just rude. The place should not even deserve 1 star, it is below stars.

Horrible customer service! Found a coupon online thru Farmington's school website. Printed it. Took my girls and was told that she would not honor the coupon. And called me a lier, when I told her I had JUST printed it online less than an hour before. She said that someone had to have given these flyers to me a long time ago. Mind you, we are talking about a $2.00 discount here. She said that they had a coupon on their website for only $1.00 off. But would not honor the flyer price for $2.00 off. She argued with me. She called me a lier. She refused to honor the flyer pricing. Which, by the way, is not dated. AND she requires you to pay HER 2% fee for using a credit card. WOW! We will NEVER be going there again. If I could leave a negative star I would. Not deserving of 1 star at all........
