I have found Mutual Property Management to be efficient and effective, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing such a service. I am sure the person I have had the most dealings with now, Sarah Brann, has frequently gone out of her way, to be especially helpful and friendly, and that is really appreciated.

I think the experience has been a really great one and we appreciate you being there to deal with business and look after the place. We couldn't have done it without you. I believe the MPM portal site postings as well as the monthly accounting statements are terrific. We really appreciate all the support.

I need to say that my experience with Mutual Property Management has been "REAL, PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL and EFFECTIVE". This business is focused on doing the right thing in a powerful and efficient, timely response time. The staff genuinely gets to know their clients and are concerned about the well being and the rights of the landowner. I would refer them in a heartbeat.

We are grateful for your assistance in renovating and leasing out our properties as fast as possible. We have more than 20 properties leased through Mutual and they have been extremely professional and competent in all facets of leasing and management. We value their skills as we are overseas and fully rely on them to find good renters and manage them well. We have had a very good experience with them and we would recommend them to any future home owner whether you have 1 or 20 properties.

Since the renters have moved into our house we have actually not thought much about it. Mutual has done a marvelous job with the property. We're happy with the way that the plumbing issue was handled, and with the service that people have received every time we have called. Keep up the good work. It is extremely nice to not have to worry about our largest investment!

I just moved to Michigan and being new to the region, I did not know how to begin to find a place to live. I called Mutual Property Management for assistance. They were patient, helpful and made the whole rental procedure simple and stress free. I really like my new place!
