Farmington High School is a college preparatory institution that provides educational classes to more than 1,200 students in grades 10 through 12. The school s facilities include tennis courts, a football complex, softball and baseball fields, space for physical education activities and ample parking space. It offers courses in the areas of art, agriculture, business, family and consumer science, technology, video production, world languages social studies, science, music, physical education and health. The school also conducts college preparatory classes, vocational programs and fine arts courses. It is governed by Farmington Area Public Schools, which governs several elementary, middle and high schools. Farmington High School has been operational for more than 30 years and is located in Farmington, Minn.
