Awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my sick cat there on 2/23/15. She was 14. We treated her with a conservative approach because of her age. When it became clear in the next couple weeks she wasn't getting better and needed to be put to sleep I called and got the information. They told me I could do an individual cremation or a group cremation where the ashes I would get back wouldn't be only hers, but with other animals as well. I was fine with that, I figured she was with other furry friends this way. I made the appt and took her in for euthanasia on 3/20 at 5pm. Her normal vet wasn't working then so someone else performed the procedure. I don't know who she was, if she was a vet, or what her name was. She was nice, but I'm still perplexed as to who she was as I don't see her picture on their website. I got a card in the mail, with a pawprint and my cats name. They spelled her name incorrectly. Her name was "poonjab', not 'punjab'. I called today to get her ashes and was told I don't get ANY!!!! I told the woman on the phone what I was told and she apologized for the miscommunication. So, for the cat I had for 14 years, my memento from the vet is a paw-print with a misspelled name and no ashes for the urn I bought for her!!!! I am livid and upset at their customer service and lack of empathy for such a mistake in communication! I am new to that area and had initially planned to transfer my two dogs' care there as well while I was researching vets in the area. This place was a total fail!!! I will continue to drive my dogs back to their original vet than trust this clinic with them, as well as my new cat.

Have been a client for a long time. My pet enjoys coming to the vet. Low Pressure. Relaxed atmosphere.
