My son put the trash and recycling out for me on Monday. The wind blew the recycling over into the ditch. I saw it in the ditch as I left for a Doctor Appointment at 9. I went to the doctor for my right foot, came home with one of the large velcro black boots. I was not looking forward to changing and then dragging my old body down into the ditch with a bum foot. Not to worry, the hero trash collectors took care of it for me. Thank you guys you are the best, Highland Sanitation is the best.

phone skills questionable ( suzy). driver scott a very nice and polite young man that was very personable and informative. The trucks are rusty and very old, but they are picking up my trash and not my granddaughter..

We're very satisfied with Highland Sanitation, which has been picking up our trash for four years. They are dependable and the folks in the office are pleasant.

We have had a terrible service from Highland for years now! We just changed to another company and are very happy. I would NEVER recommend Highland Sanitation. They constantly miss pick-ups then will not come back to pick up and make it right. They always mess up our bills and over charge us. They have a lot of hidden fees and will raise your fees as soon as they can! And on top of it all the customer service people when you call their office are VERY RUDE!!!
