Seemed very nice and had all the right things to say, but sadly wasn't very professional. We made an appointment for them to come out and detail my car, and that day when asked when they'd be there, something had come up so they had to reschedule for the next day. Well the following day I waited to contact them a half an hour after they were suppose to be there for them to tell me the weathers not right and wanted to reschedule again. It'd be one thing to be contacted that morning or anytime before your appointment to explain the situation not a half an hour after your suppose to be their and I had to be the one to contact them. Very disappointed.
