If they buy out you current provider beware. They will drop you after a year and say "they don't have enough service in your area". They did send me a check for the remaining month of service that I paid for. Then when come and get the trash can, they won't get all the trash. I called to see if they would come and get it or issue a refund for the week. They said they are not going to do anything.



I say they are a horrible company.

Great customer service! I left my old waste service provider because they would just not pick up if the weather was sketchy AND would never call to let me know. Freedom Waste has called anytime something wasn't going exactly to their plan. They also matched the pricing I was paying before. Thanks guys, I really appreciate you!
