You have my undivided attention for as long as it takes me to complete an accurate, thorough and unbiased analysis of your property (usually 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours, on site). Following your inspection, I will carefully analyze the information that I have collected and will provide you with a Narrative report that is comprehensive and very easy to read and understand that includes what as found in the inspection and photographs of the areas of concern noted in the report. Your report will be made available to you by email within 24-hours of your inspection. Excellent Service!!! I highly recommend Mr. Don Haefner for your home inspections. Buying or Selling your home; a home inspection is one of the MOST important investments, one of your FIRST investments if you are buying and one of your LAST investments if you are selling. The detail and attention given to the home inspection is very clear and organized. For every investment we have made; personal or business, we have used Mr. Haefner and he has always been fair and honest.

If you would take a $10,000.00 car to a mechanic for an inspection before purchasing it, why would you not consider having one of your biggest investments looked over by a professional?

Don recently did our septic and termite inspection. We were in a time crunch due to closing date. He came right away and got the reports out immediately. I would recommend Heartland Building Inspections for all inspection needs.
