Today my family and I went to get a couple fish for my 2 year old. As we walked in and went towards the fish a woman was working back there. Later I found out this was the manager. She ran around placing fish. Multiple times she almost too out my 2 year old who was standing in front of the tanks pointing out fish. This woman refused to help us. When I finally got her attention she was rude and told us we couldn't have a fish. I called to ask to speak with her and she hung up on me. I called the corporate office and asked to be called by the manager by 4 pm. I did not receive a call. I called the store at 3 pm and she had left. The nice young woman who answered got her from her car before she left The parking lot. The manager was rude, inconsiderate and did not apologize for anything that had happened to my family. She denied everything that happened and refused to give her name. She refused to give a number for the District manager or take mine to haver him call me.

There is never anyone there to check you out. Waited over 15 minutes for an employee and could find none when i went looking. Left and bought the same exact item from Walmart for half the price it was at Petco. Never going back.

Terrible service. They quoted the wrong price for grooming services. Tried to charge us $71 dollars when they quoted us $51 and refused to honor their quote. I will never return to this establishment.
