Poor service and put me on a contract without my authorization. They were told not to provide further service and still continues. The statements claim they have a house key but none was given. I have contacted them several times and they continue to provide unauthorized service. The receptionist says the an area manager will contact us but that has been two months ago. Do Not use Carter Services in Farmington, New Mexico.

When I bought the house, this contractor already held the contract for the service. However, trying to get a hold of the service technician was a nightmare. No calls were returned in a timely fashion. One has to literally beg the technician to come out. On the last occasion the technician, Paul Sowers, gave me a date, but never showed up. I guess it is okay to lie to your face. To think that I actually put off moving in for over a week until he got there makes me even more angry today. If you want to keep calling, and have no one show up, them use this service. Totally unreliable and absolutely useless.

Our pest control technician, Paul, is flexible with our work schedules and prompt. He is thorough and very knowledgeable with over 20 years of pest control management experience. I am a satisfied customer.

I called about bedbugs and they looked at my home. It was bedbugs and they told me everything to do to get ready and what they would do. They are very professional and fixed my problem with one treatment. Great work.

they don't pay their sub contractors in a timely manner, waiting 90 days is unreasonable. pay your bills and stop overcharging for mediocre work!
