I agree with the previous review, it appears as though we have had much the same experience. I was treated rudely, lied to and lived in a property that was not repaired from day one. I would advise NEVER using Eagle, Ginger was also rude and condescending. Renter Beware!!!!

If you have the ability to work with anyone else in Farmington do it! When things go wrong with an eagle property they may never actually get fixed! Work orders don't get put in and nothing ever gets done. The customer service is absolutely awful! And Ginger in the office is rude, condescending, and fairly ignorant. I would never rent through them again! Renters beware!
