Established in 1995, Esperanza Elementary School provides a variety of educational and extracurricular programs for students in kindergarten through grade five. The school has an enrollment of more than 600 students. It administers and Title I program for students. Esperanza Elementary School offers bilingual education program for Spanish- and Navajo-speaking students. The school maintains a library that houses a collection of over 15,000 titles, including videos, computer software, books and professional materials. It offers art, music, and physical and special education programs. In addition, the school encourages parental involvement in children s education and conducts parent-teacher conferences.
