I've been a customer of Kimo Vista for about 7 years; I keep coming back because of the people. They offer good, helpful service; all customers are treated with courtesy and respect, from neophytes looking for their first firearm to seasoned shooters. This is a store where all customers are appreciated & respected, not just a "chosen few" regulars.

The staff are all quite knowledgeable, and willing to share; they are also interested in learning from their customers - something not seen in many gun shops.

They generally have a varied stock; stock levels & selection can vary, but they are always happy to order something for the customer if it's not in stock, and will go to great lengths to find a particular model if necessary. Transfer fees are reasonable, should you order something yourself & have it sent through them. (Although courtesy should dictate that you buy current production firearms from them, and only do your direct purchases & transfers for used, obscure, and collectible firearms.)
