I like not waiting in line to ship something and the customer service has always been top notch. They also have really cute cards and nick nacks. I also like the salt water taffy!!

Have had my mailbox there for almost 10 years now and have no complaints. Yes their prices might be a bit higher than UPS or fedex but in exchange you dont have to stand in a line for an hour to mail something. Another thing I really love about having my mailbox there is if I send something there that has to be signed for then I dont have to worry about missing it because the people there sign for it, then I sign for it without the worry of missing the package and having to go somewhere to pick it up. Keep up the good work!!

My wife had to send a small box to return a pair of shoes. She went here and came back with a bill for $25. When I looked at it the price for a box was ok, reasonable... but the cost for shipping was double what UPS had listed on their site for the exact same service, box size, and weight. This is enough for me to permanently go somewhere else.
